Are you a dues paying, or life, member of the Libertarian Party?

Sustaining Member

Will you please describe any experience you have making budgeting decisions for medium sized organizations?

I have worked in school administration in both the public and private sector at both the N-12 and post-secondary levels. While working as an administrator in private sector education, I'd make regular decisions based on the organization's financial health, finding the need to make spending decision from austerity budgets.

How can the Libertarian Party set and stay within a budget, and what are the rough outlines of what that budget might look like?

Our party's goals must be smart and attainable. When considering which projects to expend money on we must consider how far reaching it might be in consideration to the cost of executing the initiative. We must then use these factors to determine the ROI.

Although our party's paid staff is minimal, I still think it would be prudent for the LNC to prioritize the value of cross trained individuals who possess skills and competencies across multiple areas instead of single area specialists.

When is it appropriate for the Libertarian Party to go into debt?

When we are sure that there will be a steady rate of return from the endeavor within a reasonable amount of time.

Can you name a large, successful convention that you helped to plan?

I have assisted Michael Rebmann with the 2024 LPNY Nominating Convention in Watkins Glen NY that brought in revenue.

Since 2023, I successfully coordinated three libertarian Galas in the Hudson Valley are of NY. This year I will coordinate the Libertarian Party of New York's biennial convention which is set for October 24, 2026.

Will you please describe any experience you have with database management?

Over the course of my career I gained ample experience in database management. I've worked in and maintained databases for student records, parent and vendor contacts, tuition management, and arrears management.

Additionally, I've experience as a realtor and have used CRM's for marketing initiatives and client maintenance.

I have also used Microsoft Dynamics and other simple databased while working at various levels and campaigns within the Libetarian Party.

Will you please describe any experience you have with social media account oversight?

I help to maintain the following social media accounts either by direct control or serving as a collaborator, contributor, co-administrator or moderator.

LPMC - NY Facebook group

New York Mises Caucus

Can you name a time when you resisted the temptation to take on a project outside of your organization's core functions?

Yes. After the 2024 national convention I almost embarked on becoming the state contact for LOLA. I decided not to because the LP was my priority and didn't want to spread myself too thin. I understand the rule of partial initiatives.

Will you please describe a time when you were able to work with someone you didn't like or with someone who didn't like you?  Do you tend to make people you work with angry?

I have a great deal of experience working on committees with people who have very different ideas about the road map ahead of us. At the end end of the day we have to move the organization forward. Buy in is important, and the case always needs to be made as to whether a decision or proposed strategy will advance the LP or hinder it.

Outside of my professional life I serve on the following libertarian committees,

Dutchess County Libertarian Party Executive Committee as past chair and vice-chair

Libertarian Party of New York- State Committee- JD 9 Rep

Libertarian Party of New York- Executive Committee as Volunteer Director
