Will you please describe any experience you have making budgeting decisions for medium sized organizations?

I have previously served on the LNC and actively work in the finance department of a Fortune 50 company.

How can the Libertarian Party set and stay within a budget, and what are the rough outlines of what that budget might look like?

We can only afford to budget for what we know we can accomplish. Right now that means focusing on candidates and membership appeals. We should also solicit donations for pet projects people have and build a coalition between individual members, state affiliates, and the national party.

When is it appropriate for the Libertarian Party to go into debt?

Never

Can you name a large, successful convention that you helped to plan?

LP conventions both at state and national levels

Will you please describe any ballot access campaign you've helped to organize or supervise, and what the result was?

I assisted with IL ballot access around the 2020 season.

Will you please describe any experience you have with database management?

I am very familiar with databases and the importance of maintaining and keeping clean data so that approaches can be strategically implemented for growth.

Will you please describe any experience you have with social media account oversight?

used to supervise the county pages for all of colorado as the former Regions director

During your best year, about how much money were you able to fundraise for the Libertarian Party, for a state or local party, or for a campaign?

3000+ for the party

Can you name a time when you resisted the temptation to take on a project outside of your organization's core functions?

I know how to only take on what I can. Outside of that, I do think we need to work on extra projects to stretch ourselves. The key is knowing when your plate is full and spreading institutional knowledge.

Will you please describe a time when you were able to work with someone you didn't like or with someone who didn't like you? Do you tend to make people you work with angry?

I am willing to work with everyone provided they are also willing to work.

Is there anything else that would make you a good member of the Libertarian National Committee?
