I have worked in school administration in both the public and private sector at both the N-12 and post-secondary levels. While working as an administrator in private sector education, I'd make regular decisions based on the organization's financial health, finding the need to make spending decision from austerity budgets.
Our party's goals must be smart and attainable. When considering which projects to expend money on we must consider how far reaching it might be in consideration to the cost of executing the initiative. We must then use these factors to determine the ROI.
Although our party's paid staff is minimal, I still think it would be prudent for the LNC to prioritize the value of cross trained individuals who possess skills and competencies across multiple areas instead of single area specialists.
When we are sure that there will be a steady rate of return from the endeavor within a reasonable amount of time.

Yes. After the 2024 national convention I almost embarked on becoming the state contact for LOLA. I decided not to because the LP was my priority and didn't want to spread myself too thin. I understand the rule of partial initiatives.
I have a great deal of experience working on committees with people who have very different ideas about the road map ahead of us. At the end end of the day we have to move the organization forward. Buy in is important, and the case always needs to be made as to whether a decision or proposed strategy will advance the LP or hinder it.
Outside of my professional life I serve on the following libertarian committees,
Dutchess County Libertarian Party Executive Committee as past chair and vice-chair
Libertarian Party of New York- State Committee- JD 9 Rep
Libertarian Party of New York- Executive Committee as Volunteer Director
